Returns & Exchanges

At Apteka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Apteka account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
